No experience needed at all. We welcome complete beginners of all ages. Our instructors will meet you exactly where you are. Our Kennesaw school on Cobb Pkwy is built for beginners — walk-ins are welcome and no prior experience is expected.

We teach students from age 3 through 70+. Our programs are split into age-appropriate groups: Little Dragons (3–6), Youth (7–10), Teens (11–18), and Adults. Kennesaw and Marietta families across all ages train with us throughout the week.

We teach Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, and tactical martial arts. The styles offered vary by program and age group. At our Kennesaw location, class availability by style is posted on the schedule page.
